Lightning is an amazing boy. He's full of love and is so willing to share it with us. He must have the patience of a saint because he puts up with my singing.
Each of our dogs has their own song and Lightning's is one that there's no way I could carry a tune to, but he looks at me with eyes of love and melts into
my body when I sing it softly to him.
Lightning got his name because when I've needed God in my life, He's often shown me lightning. I needed a Havanese that was mine and loved lap time.
Bandit is my husband's girl except at night when she cuddles up to me and Lightning is my boy although he has to push Ellie aside from time to time to get
the best lap spot. Luckily, they're good buddies and are willing to share.
Lightning started sleeping on my chest when he was a 9 week old puppy and it's common for me to wake up with him looking me in the face waiting for
my eyes to open. His partner in crime is Ellie and when she thinks it's taking me too long to wake up, she'll kiss me, pull my hair, tug on my ears, and
pounce on me if need be. When he was a little puppy, sleeping on my chest meant me laying on the floor because we don't allow puppies on the bed until
they can get on and off themselves.

UPDATE: I finally got back in the ring in the Corpus Christi, Texas show August 9th and
10th and took Winnders Dog and Best of Opposite both days and was owner handled.
UPDATE: I was shown 4-25-09 and 4-26-09. The 26th I took a major beautifully handled
by Robin Moser. Majors keep breaking and I need a 3 point major for my CH.
UPDATE: Lightning showed June 13th and 14th and took Winners Dog the 14th.
A major held the day of the Haiti earthquake and I'm now CH BYDAND JAS
DRAGONFIRE shown beautifully by Robin Moser. My son, CH JAS DRUG OF CHOICE
OREO showed in the mid states and beat me to my championship with majors that held.
